1. Pre-Arrival Preparation

- Driver Arrival: Our driver will arrive at the airport in advance of the flight’s scheduled landing time.

- Flight Tracking: We actively monitor the flight status in real-time to track arrival updates.

2. Initial Contact

- Post-Landing SMS: Once the flight lands, the driver (e.g., Diego) will send the following message to the customer’s provided mobile number:

“Hello, this is Diego from Bestie Connections Transfers. Please notify us once you’ve cleared passport control and confirm if you have luggage to be collected. We will then proceed to meet you at arrivals.”

#Meeting Coordination

- Customer Confirmation: After the customer confirms they have cleared passport control (and collected luggage, if applicable), the driver will proceed to the airport’s short-term car park.

- Final Meeting Instructions: The driver will send a second SMS specifying their exact location, such as:

“I am now waiting at Arrivals by” Costa cafe ”holding a sign with your name.”

- Identification: The driver will be easily identifiable with a physical sign or a digital device displaying the customer’s name.
